We start from scratch everyday with fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients that come from our dedicated farmers in Bakersfield, California and on-site vegetable garden.

Dubbed the “Julia Child of Taiwan” by director Ang Lee, Chef Theresa has authored 16 Chinese cookbooks and is a widely celebrated Taiwanese chef. Her extensive achievements include her role as the Executive Food Stylist for Eat Drink Man Woman, an Oscar nominated film, and having served as the Catering Director for the Academy Award winning film Life of Pi. ​From hosting cooking demonstrations at impressive venues such as the Cannes Film Festival to hosting her own Radio Show, Theresa brings her passion and art for cooking into every dish she makes.
