The Pizza Press is a unique concept dedicated to elevating the ‘build your own pizza’ model to a new level by creating an immersive environment inspired by 1920s Americana newspaper culture in which great food, craft beer, ambiance, and service are combined in a way that has never been done before. Our theme, inspired by the mechanized dough press, harkens back to the industrialized era when newspapers were the foundation of the local community. Guests are encouraged to created their own custom pizza or select one of our signature pizzas named after major American newspapers such as The Times, The Tribune, The Chronicle, and others. Thanks to our recipes and our unique pizza ovens, each pizza are published in under four minutes. Pair your newsworthy pizza with one of more than two dozen different craft beers on tap, which we rotate regularly and by region. Seasonal offerings and fresh, local ingredients, keep the menu fresh and new. Order in person or online from our new loyalty app or from our catering menu.
Founded in 2012 and based in Anaheim, California, The Pizza Press is a rapidly growing franchise with two corporate locations, 10 franchise locations in Southern California, and plans to have 20 new pizza restaurants open and over 100 units sold by the end of 2017.
